Wednesday: 2 coffee, 1 bowl cereal (3 servings XD), 1 Greek yogurt cup, 1 banana, 2 peach slices, 2 pear slices, 1 string cheese stick, some cantaloupe, 5 pretzel rods, 1 oat and honey granola bar, apple slice, sunflower seeds, cheese quesadilla, 1.5 cups spanish rice mixture, package raisins, gallon of water, few exotic potato chips


Thursday: banana, 3 pancakes, 1/2 lowfat yogurt cup, 3 cups coffee, handful cashews, 1 1/2 cups spanish rice mixture, 1/4 piece of toast with Nutella, honey and oat granola bar, 1 whole wheat chocolate muffin, skin off an apple, handful M&Ms, slice of meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, 3/4 cup mixed veggies, gallon of water, sunflower seeds, hot sleepy time green tea, and some animal crackers


Friday: banana, 3 blueberry Eggo waffles, 2 coffee, 1/2 chocolate muffin, 6 canned pear slices, cup of macaroni and cheese, a whole chocolate muffin, 2 cups coffee, handful cashews, 2 servings of oatmeal with raisins, 96 ounces of water

Not much to say today, other than I've felt like crap all week. Proud of myself for not dropping the ball though. I may have slacked off on extra exercises, but I did complete the main goal each day, which is the elliptical. So, whee. Hoping to feel better next week. Did each day on the fatburn setting, in the afternoon this week.

Wednesday: 2 cups coffee, bowl cereal (2 servings), 2 tortilla chips, 3 thin slices Italian bread turned into garlic bread, 1 chicken nugget, 5 sweet potato fries, bowl of multi-grain tortilla chips with green salsa, 2 cups dry cereal, medium plate of spaghetti, 2 pieces of garlic bread, gallon of water, a slice of raspberry pie


Thursday: 2 cups coffee, bowl of cereal (2 servings), handful of dry cereal, a few tortilla chips, small portion of baked fries, small banana, 2 Ritz peanut butter crackers, 2 pieces multi-grain toast, 1 cup hot green tea with honey, 1 two egg omelette (w/ 1/4 cup cheese, 1 piece thin ham), 2 pieces of toast with jelly, a gallon of water, 6 M&Ms, slice of raspberry pie


Friday: 2 cups coffee, bowl of cereal (2 servings), 2 thin slices of Italian bread, 1 apple slice, bowl of oatmeal (2 servings) w/ brown sugar and 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, 1/2 banana, string cheese, handful dry cereal, handful animal crackers, 2 cups coffee, 8 M&Ms, 1 piece quiche (broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, spinach, ham and cheese), 2 pieces of potato bread toast with jelly, a gallon of water

Eight Weeks

And growing more impatient. XD I do not feel quite as helpless and frustrated this week, though. I may not be seeing the numbers on the scale drop and stay down, but I am seeing a difference in the wobble that is my arms, and my legs firming up. So, whatever the scale may say tomorrow, I say bring it!
This week, I worked out in the afternoons and did the cardio function. Sucked ass, but I did it! It was nice to sleep in. I think if I'm ever going to manage to do the elliptical + Jillian on a more regular basis, however, that I'll have to get up a few times a week, or hit the elliptical a few times at night. Haven't decided yet.

Seven Weeks Down

But how many to go? lol Oi. If I don't start seeing some results soon, who knows? Ugh.
Technically, I suppose there should be at least 6 months left before the project is over. Surely, I'll see something by then, yes? XD
In a frustrated state this week. I'm just not feeling like I'm getting anywhere. And, I want to eat a whole gallon of icecream, and a drink a six-pack, and sit on my ass all day. Not very motivated, I suppose, huh? I didn't wake up early and jump on the elliptical once. I was too tired, so I just did it while my son napped (his naps have gotten better, so I think the fact that I didn't -have- to get up played a huge role in that). I also noticed that after Tuesday, I had almost no energy, and my workout times slowly diminished as the week progressed. I was achy all week, and ended up having to break out my wrist braces by the end of the week. Not sure if I slept stupid, too long, or if it's weather related. Hoping that Monday will be better.
I cheated this week and weighed myself during the week. I was appalled to find that I was two pounds lighter Tuesday than when I weighed in on Monday. Wtf, right?


Monday Weigh-In: 158.0
My elliptical work outs were all over the place this week. Monday I did it at night (we had company last weekend that didn't leave until Monday), and the rest of the week was in the afternoon. Tuesday and Friday were on the hill setting, the rest of the week was on fatburn (in a futile attempt, most likely, to knock off some fat because I was distressed after Monday's weigh-in).

Wednesday: 1 piece of toast with jelly, banana, 2 cup coffee, handful of dry cereal, 1.5 cups rice pepper mixture, sunflower seeds, handful of fresh blueberries, a cup of raw broccoli, trail mix bar (140 calories), a plate of spaghetti, 3/4 cup of steamed broccoli, handful of dry cereal, 96 ounces of water, small box of yogurt covered raisins, banana, handful of grapes


Thursday: 2 cups coffee, 1.5 pieces of toast with jelly, 1.5 cup of dry cereal, handful of blueberries, 1.5 cups rice pepper mix, 3 chicken nuggets, sunflower seeds, banana, package of poptarts, plate of spaghetti, a cup of mixed veggies, a fig newton cookie, box of yogurt covered raisins, a large piece of birthday cake, 12 ounces of 2% milk, a gallon of water


Friday: 2 cups coffee, banana, 1 toast with jelly, sunflower seeds, a grilled cheese with turkey on multi-grain bread, 8 ounces of V8 juice, a few exotic potato chips, a 12 oz Diet Coke, bowl of tortilla chips, 1/2 a Tombstone pizza, 96 ounces of water, trail mix bar, and a cup of green sleepy time tea with honey
