Nineteen Weeks, Foo

Hi! Another long week past. Wednesday and Thursday I was busy preparing/cooking food for 100 (although, we didn't have 100 people show up to the lunch on Thursday, but we were prepared for it!). Wednesday, I also watched a sweet 6 month old and her older brother. So uh, yeah, didn't work out Wed/Thurs. Sucks, but, it didn't push me back at all in the weight department, so, no worries. I think I easily burned those 250-300 calories that I would have on the elliptical with all the extra work, heh. And, Friday, Sarge lost his ring in this pit of shredded tires... so we had to drive to the next biggest town, get a metal detector and go get it after he got off work. So, Burger King for dinner. Augh! XD

Tuesday:  1 coffee, cereal (3 servings), 2 chicken nuggets, 5 tater tots, tuna on wheat, 5 grapes, 3 mini Ritz peanut butter crackers, 2 black bean burritos, a gallon of water

Wednesday: 2 coffee, cereal (3 servings), a banana, 1/2 cup grapes, 1/2 chocolate pudding cup, a glass of orange juice, a large taco salad, 1/3 banana, handful of dry cereal, 96 ounces of water

Thursday: 2 coffee, cereal (3 servings), 2 thin slices meatloaf, 2/3 cup fried rice, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup macaroni and cheese, 3 crackers, 1 1/2 slices ham lunch meat, 3 small pieces of cheese, 1 Diet Coke, 4 small slices cheese, 3 slices meatloaf, 3/4 cup green beans, 1/4 macaroni and cheese, 1/4 cup corn, 1 cup mashed potatoes, a granola bar, 96 ounces of water

Friday: 1 coffee, 1/2 banana, 1/2 bowl fruit salad, peanut butter and jelly, a yogurt cup, a few pretzels, a few M&Ms, a banana, a new Carolina chicken sandwich from BK, a large fry, a large Dr. Pepper, handful dry cereal, a gallon of water

Week Eighteen

It was a slackers week, but a week never-the-less. Hoping to get back into the swing of things and really hit it hard this coming week. I am officially off my birth control (still preventing, so no one flip out on me and ask for pregnancy information monthly, lol), and am excited to see how that might affect things. If you don't know, one of the biggest complaints about hormonal birth control is weight gain. While using it, I've never been able to get under 148-150. The last time I got off it, I dropped to 137 without any exercise and just changing eating habits (although, I'll admit, they weren't the healthiest). So, with better food choices and being more active, this could be just what I needed to drop below this latest plateau. We'll see. Either way, I need to stop slacking off.

Monday Weigh-In: 153.6 (+1.4 lbs)

Monday and Thursday were babysitting days, so I worked out at night, Tues and Wed I knocked it out in the afternoon. I was really not feeling it all week. Friday was so bad, I didn't bother getting on at all. Not sure why, but my joints were really achy and I was in a horrible mood, so I said eff it and went to bed early. :/

Tuesday: 2 coffee, 2 servings instant oatmeal, 3/4 banana, large romaine salad (cheese, cranberries, oranges, raspberry vinegrette), some dry cereal, a can of green raspberry tea, 1/2 cup carrots, 2 cups chicken alfredo fettuccine w/ broccoli, some M&Ms, gallon of water, 3 scoops ice cream, and a few pretzels

Wednesday: 1 coffee, cereal (3 serv), grilled cheese, 8 honey wheat pretzel twists, some cheese, a granola bar, a few M&Ms, large plate of chicken alfredo fettuccine, a gallon of water, more M&Ms, cup of hot tea with honey

Thursday: 2 coffee, cereal (3 serv), chicken flavored ramen with cheese, handful dry cereal, oat and honey granola bar, M&Ms, iced coffee (leftover 1.5 cups + milk and chocolate syrup), 1.5 pieces garlic toast, medium plate chicken alfredo fettuccine, more M&Ms, handful dry cereal, banana, gallon of water

Friday: 2 coffee, cereal (3 serv), 1/2 banana, tuna on toasted wheat bread, a clementine (tiny orange), honey and oat granola bar, M&Ms, 1/4 lb burger, 2 cups rice/green pepper/onion/brown gravy stuff I made, 96+ ounces of water

Seventeen Weeks

Hello, again!
It's been a long week. Started babysitting another toddler Mini-Sarge's age a few days a week--which has been interesting. Monday, I was feeling too crappy to do anything. And, I was going to make up for it on Saturday, but Saturday I donated blood (whewt), so it was a no. Ha. Oh well. Still did decent. Tomorrow starts a new week.
All week, I did manual with different adjustments to the incline and resistance. Tuesday and Wednesday were in the evening (the little girl doesn't nap, and when she does, it's in the living room, where the elliptical is, ha). Thursday and Friday, I was free of the extra little one, so I worked out during the afternoon.

Wednesday: 1 coffee, cereal (3 servings), banana, 2 cups peas and pasta w/ parm cheese, few pretzel sticks, few tortilla chips, 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup mustard greens, 2 cups garlic mashed potatoes, gallon of water, glass of orange juice, 1 graham cracker

Thursday: 1 coffee, cereal (2.5 servings), banana, 5 chicken nuggets, 10 fries, 1 pretzel rod, granola bar, a few M&Ms, 1 burger (1/4 lb) with swiss cheese and bacon, 2/3 cup macaroni cheese, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 banana, and a gallon of water

Friday: 2 coffee, cereal (3 servings), 2 chicken nuggets, a yogurt cup, some M&Ms, handful dried cranberries, a banana, a small bag of Doritos (the ones you buy for lunches), 2 small burritos, 96+ ounces of water, and 2 scoops of frozen yogurt

We'll see what happens. I'm prepared to not have fantastic results after a week of being lazy. ^^

Week 16

4 months. Holy crap.

Monday Weigh-In: 154.2 (+1.8 lbs, boo)

Week was a little weird, and all over the place. Monday and Tuesday were afternoon, cardio and then interval. Wednesday, we had a guy here replacing our bathroom floor, so I got on it at night, and did manual mode--which, was amazing, and I will probably only do that mode now. I love to customize. Thursday and Friday I was back to afternoons and on interval. Wednesday and Friday didn't have much of any extra sets, because I've been developing a sinus infection, and just didn't/don't have the energy. I'm hoping it goes away soon. I haven't worked out yet today (spoiler, ha), but I can feel that tickle in my chest when I breath. I'll probably have to take it easy tonight, too. Blah. :/ I also started babysitting a little girl Monday-Wednesday this week, so, afternoons might be out for a while, unless I can get her to nap. I tried to get up this morning to do it, and rolled over. XD Sarge said he tried, lol.

Monday: 1 coffee, 2 servings instant oatmeal, 2 chicken nuggets, banana, a yogurt cup, handful dry cereal, 6 Ritz, 2 cups hot green tea w/ honey, a spoon of chocolate pudding, some sunflower seeds, a cheese bratwurst, 1 cup green bean, 1 cup rice pilaf, banana, gallon of water, a cup of dry cereal and a cup of frozen yogurt

Tuesday: 1 cup Earl Grey tea, 2 servings instant oatmeal, handful Goldfish, grilled ham and cheese on wheat, bowl chicken noodles soup, a few M&Ms, 5 mini ritz with peanut butter, small plate spaghetti w/ meat sauce, cup hot tea, gallon of water, bowl frozen yogurt

Wednesday: 1 coffee, 2 servings instant oatmeal, 2 cups macaroni and cheese, 5 chicken nuggets, a few grapes, 10 mini Nutter Butters, a few M&Ms, chips and green salsa, a cup of spaghetti with meat sauce, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 piece of toast with parmesean cheese, 6 mini ritz with peanut butter, a gallon of water, banana, a slice of summer sausage, a slice of cheese, and 2 pieces of lunch meat.

Thursday: 1.5 coffee, 3 small pancakes w/ syrup, 2 Hawaiian sweet rolls w/ ham and cheese, 3 pigs in a blanket, 1 cup fruit salad, 1/8 cup broccoli/raisin/bacon salad, a few slices of cheese, a Diet Coke, a few M&Ms, 1 cup spaghetti, 2/3 cup mixed veggies, 1/4 cup macaroni and cheese, 2 Hawaiian rolls, a gallon of water, and a bowl of fruit salad

Friday: 1 coffee, bowl of cereal (3 servings), 1 yogurt cup, cup of hot green tea, 8 crackers, 3 slices summer sausage, 2 pieces of lunch meat, 8 slices of cheese, a few M&Ms, a few tortilla chips, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 Tombstone pizza, and a gallon of water.

And yeah... until next week, I suppose. I think, at week 20, I might take another picture to compare to my beginning one. Maybe... ha. We'll see.
