Monday: 2 cups coffee, 1 cup fresh blackberries, bowl of oatmeal (1.5 servings), 1 pretzel rod, 1 apple slice, large serving tuna noodle casserole, 1/2 grilled cheese, few tortilla chips w/ green salsa, another pretzel rod, 1 spoonful of chocolate pudding, handful of M&Ms, handful of cashews, 2/3 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup rice pilaf, 2/3 cup stir-fry veggies, handful grapes, 1/5 banana, sunflower seeds, gallon of water, 2 pieces of multi-grain toast
Tuesday: 2 coffee, 3 small pancakes, 1 cup fresh cantaloupe, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, handful dry cereal, 1 baby dill pickle, 1 cheese quesadilla, 1/2 cup rice w/ tomato/black bean mixture & sour cream, handful cashews, 1/4 grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup stir-fry veggies, 1/2 cup peas&carrots, 1/4 cup rice pilaf, 96 ounces of water, a few mini Nutter Butter cookies, sunflower seeds, bowl of ice cream
Wednesday: 2 coffee, 1 bowl cereal (3 servings XD), 1 Greek yogurt cup, 1 banana, 2 peach slices, 2 pear slices, 1 string cheese stick, some cantaloupe, 5 pretzel rods, 1 oat and honey granola bar, apple slice, sunflower seeds, cheese quesadilla, 1.5 cups spanish rice mixture, package raisins, gallon of water, few exotic potato chips
Thursday: banana, 3 pancakes, 1/2 lowfat yogurt cup, 3 cups coffee, handful cashews, 1 1/2 cups spanish rice mixture, 1/4 piece of toast with Nutella, honey and oat granola bar, 1 whole wheat chocolate muffin, skin off an apple, handful M&Ms, slice of meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, 3/4 cup mixed veggies, gallon of water, sunflower seeds, hot sleepy time green tea, and some animal crackers
Friday: banana, 3 blueberry Eggo waffles, 2 coffee, 1/2 chocolate muffin, 6 canned pear slices, cup of macaroni and cheese, a whole chocolate muffin, 2 cups coffee, handful cashews, 2 servings of oatmeal with raisins, 96 ounces of water
Another week down. Time to push through another. :)
