Thirty!

Although week thirty wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. I think the elliptical is getting boring. This week (current) I've broken out the Jillian Michaels DVDs. Need to start changing things up. I'm not getting anywhere at this rate.

Fun part? Didn't gain a single ounce again. o.0 I am shocked.

Monday: 2 coffee, slice pumpkin bread (made from scratch, yo!), cinnamon roll, ramen, 2 slices meatloaf, 1/4 cup macaroni and cheese, 1 1/2 cup mixed veggies, Reeses cup, few roasted pumpkin seeds, slice of pumpkin pie, 96+ ounces water, cup hot green tea

Tuesday: 2 coffee, 2 serving oatmeal, apple, string cheese, bowl of pretzels, few tortilla chips, 90 calorie granola bar, 2 meatloaf slices, 1/2 cup macaroni and cheese, 1 cup mixed veggies, 96 ounces water, cup hot green tea

Wednesday: 2 coffee, slice quiche, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup alfredo bowtie noodles, 1 cup mixed veggies, few tortilla chips, a Reeses cup, piece of laffy taffy, string cheese, black bean burrito, 64 ounces of water, glass wine

Thursday: 3 coffee, egg sandwich with 2 eggs with tomato and lettuce, medium Sonic blast with a large fry and jalapeno poppers, ramen with cheese, 64 ounces of water, small glass of wine

Friday: 2 coffee, 2 fried eggs, 4 silver-dollar sized biscuits (from scratch! ha, a theme these past few weeks) with white gravy, a cherry tomato, 1/4 cup macaroni and cheese, 1/2 apple, granola bar, 3 pretzel rods, 3 Nilla waffers, taco salad

Aaaaaand, that's it. *shrug* Need to get motivated.
