I realize that yet again, it's almost the end of the week, and I haven't posted last week's. I'm awful. That's all. Ha. So after a whole week of no exercise...
Monday Weigh-In: 152.4 (+0 lbs!)
I was surprised, too. Haha. Last week was a bit better on the work-out front, though, not my best week. By Wednesday, I felt like I could get back to it and not worry about not being able to breathe.

Tuesday: 2 coffee, 2 quiche, 1 muffin, 2 more coffee, 2 more quiche (yes, that's 1/2 9in pie pan), handful Cheerios, 1/2 chicken breast, 1 cup green beans, 2/3 cup macaroni and cheese, 1/2 cup seasoned rice, a few grapes, gallon of water
Wednesday: 2 coffee, 2 quiche, 1 piece toast with jelly, 3 honey wheat pretzels, 1/2 banana, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some fries, muffin, few Nilla waffers, 2 pieces lasagna, 2 slices of toasted garlic bread with parm cheese, 5 quarts of water
Thursday: 2 coffee, 2 serv oatmeal, fajita sized quesadilla, 4 grape tomatoes, 6 Nilla waffers, 90 calorie granola bar, 2 lasagna, 2 garlic toast, 1 cup mixed veggies, gallon of water
Friday: 1 coffee, 1 quiche, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 Eggo waffle with butter (odd lunch, I know), muffin, cereal bar, several saltine crackers, homemade iced coffee, bowl of chili, chips, cup orange soda, some random candy from the Halloween party, 96 oz water
